Pillars
The foundations by which our program is built. The leadership council got together over the summer and discussed with the input of past players and coaches what the pillars of Virginia Tech Men’s Lacrosse are. THIS is Who We Are.
Accountable | Responsible to my teammates to make myself better and hold myself and my teammates to the high standard expected of a Virginia Tech Lacrosse Player.
Commitment | I will exhibit mental and physical toughness in all aspects of my game by serving my teammates. I am committed to doing the little things every time I step on the field.
Brotherhood | We do this TOGETHER both on and off the field. We are All-In for each other
Compete | We are always striving to the best in everything we do! Trying to win no matter what team you are on. Second isn’t good enough. Treating everything like it is a game.
Tradition | I recognize those that come before me and those that will come after. Serving the purpose of upholding and improving the core values of VT Lacrosse.
